He addressed all of my health concerns and put me at ease. After reading many negative reviews about the office staff I almost chose another office just to avoid dealing with incompetent staff members, but i had a truly amazing experience with Joann and am so glad I was able to get an appointment.

He actually takes the time to listen carefully to all the patient has to say and provides detailed recommendations. His staff is very polite and proffessional. He has an outstanding nurse who draws your blood and it is totally painless. This practice and Doctors are the best endrocronologist's in the entire DFW area.
