Receptionist at front desk is cordial and quick to complete patient information. Nurse is friendly and professional. Dr. Pagel enters the patient room on time with a smile and demonstrates attentiveness to question of how patient is doing in general. Dr. Pagel has pertinent patient data in hand and easily explains results of test in a positive manner. Once complete, Dr. Pagel walks patient to the front where she reminds patient of making the next appointments. She is very professional. Read less
