I never feel rushed during my appintments, and my schedShow moreules appointments always run on time with my lobby wait time never exceeding 10 minutes, and that is on a day packed with patients.
Omg this place is amazing from their phone calls to the in person staffing is above par. Landy (i think) went above and beyond for a gentleman while I was there. The back staff was amazing and very knowledgeable and beyond friendlShow morey! Laughed at my dumb jokes. Never change!!!

In early on a Friday out quickly. Dr and his nurse were very efficient.

Dr Arauz has been my endochronologist for about 32 years. I'm 83 yrs old and feel certain I would have died a long time ago if it had t been for him. He always knows what to do if I'm having problems. He is my hero.

I’m very pleased with Dr Pacheco he’s very polite and profesional He explained very well the results of the exam Also his Nurse was very polite and courteous. I didn’t wait long to be seen.

The front desk was friendly addressing me promptly. I appreciate Dr. Pacheco kind professional matter plus the medical information he shared with me. Now, the issue is it appears there is a miss connect when it comes to faxing orders for test to the imaging area.

Staff needs training in friendliness. Dr needs to explain things better. It’s like he’s just going through the motions. Ask patient if he/she has any questions. I feel like I’m run through like cattle every time I’m there.
