Dr Pacheco has been an answer to prayers for me. I was going to an endocrinologist who frankly didn't really care about her patients and was in it for the money. In going to Dr. Pacheco, I have actually found a doctor whShow moreo cares about his patients. He goes out of his way to answer all of my and my son's questions and make sure we understand what we are doing. He has taught both of us so much about my diabetes. I am so glad that I am now his patient as I know I am truly blessed.
Dr. Pacheco is a great listener. He wants you to discuss issues with him and then discusses options. I like that he also takes a conservative approach with his treatment plans. I saw him to get a second opinion from what a previouShow mores doctor had said. Dr. Pacheco’s recommendation was no surgery needed yet. He recommended following with ultrasounds. I appreciate that!

Messages are not returned in a timely manner. It takes 3-4 days for anyone to get back with you on voicemails, texts or portal. Appt making is a disaster. Appts are made, but never recorded correctly. They don't consider that labs need to be done and thus make appts AFTER the lab tech leaves at 2:30. Appts get canceled for no reason other than human error. You must keep appt cards or texts to prove that it was made and then you get squeezed in or have to make another appt. Very frustrating.
