Dr. Pacheco is very professional, he spends time listening to your concerns, provides resolution and gives you his undivided attention.
He is a great doctor, but the wait to see him was so frustrating. My appointment was at 10:45, I arrived at 10:35. Was taken into an exam room by 10:40 but he never came into the room until 11:30ish. I missed an eye appointment and a haircut because of his tardiness. Appointments mean you should be seen in a reasonable amount of time, not 45 minutes late. Otherwise, just put in a "pull tab" system like at the meat market, first come first served in/out the door. This was not the first time.
Office staff is always very coutious and friendly. Dr. Pacheco is easy to talk to.
