Great Doctor. Good Staff Bloodwork done on sight
Great visit with Dr Pacheco. He is on target to deal with my thyroid issue. (The only problem is that the office is very warm. They need to set the AC cooler. My thyroid problem already causes me to over heat).
The office/medical assistant are very bad at returning phone calls, it took three messages after three weeks for someone to return my call. Customer service with the support staff is very lacking, however the physician is very professional and he spends time listening and discussing your care plan.
Dr Pacheco is very professional. He answers your concerns. The wait time for checkup is usually 30-45 mins.
Dr. Pacheco is always very thorough and answers every question.

I've been a patient of Dr. Arauz-Pacheco for over 20 years for treating my Type II diabetes. He's always taken my input into consideration for my treatments, as opposed to doctors that are "dealers, not healers". I've always appreciated that level of treatment from him.

This office never answers the phone . It takes days sometimes before the call is returned. Also, the front office is has an attitude …. not friendly !

Love going here. Typically get in and out in less than 30 minutes. Had labs done and was in and out in less than 10 minutes last week. And today, was follow up to the labs, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes.
The Providors and staff were professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The surroundings were clean and comfortable.
