My experience with Dr Pacheco was extremely pleasant. He is knowledgeable and professional. He addressed all of my health concerns and put me at ease. After reading many negative reviews about the office staff I almost chose aShow morenother office just to avoid dealing with incompetent staff members, but i had a truly amazing experience with Joann and am so glad I was able to get an appointment.
Excellent Doctor, who really cares about his patients. He actually takes the time to listen carefully to all the patient has to say and provides detailed recommendations. His staff is very polite and proffessional. He has an outstShow moreanding nurse who draws your blood and it is totally painless. This practice and Doctors are the best endrocronologist's in the entire DFW area.

I’ve been a patient for over 10 years and they have given me excellent care. The wait is always quick only about 5-10 minutes to see Dr Pacheco. He answers you please questions and make a correct diagnosis.

Dr. Pacheco is very patient. He takes his time to explain the results of my blood work and helps me with all my insulin pump changes. I’m very happy. He is still in the Rockwall area.

At this point being first time visit with Dr. Pacheco and his staff, everyone including Dr. Pacheco was very professional. After some lab work and our next visit, we will see. But at this point I would recommend this Doctor.
Very nice to do over the phone and not have to drive to the office. He answered all my questions about lab results and information about insulin pumps. He would research and get back to me with the information. I was very pleased with the phone video follow up.great experience !

Great visit with Dr Pacheco. He is on target to deal with my thyroid issue. (The only problem is that the office is very warm. They need to set the AC cooler. My thyroid problem already causes me to over heat).
The office/medical assistant are very bad at returning phone calls, it took three messages after three weeks for someone to return my call. Customer service with the support staff is very lacking, however the physician is very professional and he spends time listening and discussing your care plan.
