I've been a patient of Dr. Arauz for over 20 years. I appreciate the fact he listens to me even when we don't agree. He even gets on to me in a nice way when I'm not doing what I need to do to keep my Type 2 under control. It's sincerely appreciated.
As always, staff and Dr Pacheco are very helpful in my journey with type 1 diabetes.

Love the doctor. Hate the office staff. Had to physically come down to the office to make an appointment. I canceled an appointment in March because of conflicts and no one noted it so I had to pay the $40 no show fee. The office, after many unreturned calls can’t manage to give me an itemized receipt so I can file a claim with my insurance. It’s just too hard to continue seeing a very good doctor, because of incompetent office staff
