He is always overbooked, ... Read more Do not become upset if your time is late or overdue. Whenever you have a person who takes their time with you this is how it is. Brian never rushes me. He always acts as though I am his only patient. He is always overbooked, but never used this as an excuse to shorten the call. Very kind and efficient. I always have virtual calls on my phone which helps me immensely. I never feel treated like another number!
