Online link didn't come through for appointment until 4:50 pm. Provider said she sent it at 4:25 pm for 4:30 pm appointment. Other providers have sent link well in advance of appointment. I just needed one medication prescribed and didn't need any explanations, so I have no answer on that question . Provider showed much more interest in me than I expected, is warm and personable. I had a different provider from this agency who did not really ever have a conversation with me.
Dr. Nelly always takes the time to really listen to my concerns, life updates, and genuinely cares about my wellbeing. Appointments are never rushed. I always feel seen and in great care with her!

My visit was virtual but when making appointment, Kim was very nice and helpful. My provider Nelly was nice as well, she listens while you talk and then explain everything so that I understand.
