Sadly, my experience on all interaction with Nelly was more uncomfortable and unnatural than it should ever be with a doctor. Nelly is comfortable with being dishonest about what she can and can not do regarding prescriptions. Ive been on a maintenance level schedule ll drug for nearly 10 years. At her discretion she can order as many as 3- 30 day scripts but claimed she could not and had to see me every month. She also refused to treat a side affect. Instead sent me to primary. Wtf
