Chicago Center For Women’s Health (CCWH) was founded by Dr. Denise Molina Furlong and has been proudly serving the Chicagoland area for over a decade, including communities such as Bedford Park and Oak Lawn, Illinois. As we continue to grow and expand, we are excited to announce the upcoming opening of our new offices in Evergreen Park and Palos Heights!
Our dedicated team of urogynecologists is deeply committed to addressing the unique and critical healthcare needs of women.
