Dr Bong is awesome! He reads medical histories before entering the room, listens to your concerns, evaluates the medical issues thoughtfully with care and also knows how to use humor appropriately with communication when a medical issue seems overwhelming. I have had 7 surgeries before seeing Dr Bong and he put me at ease and confident with my next step of medical care. He welcomed my health care advocate I had with me and just overall he was not judgmental but accepting of me as a patient and my needs. I highly recommend Dr Bong with no hesitations.

Dr. Henson explained my Biopsy results so that I would understand the complexity’s and provided me options for future way forward.
Like so many establishments Associate s can not find sufficient staff to man the phones and front desk. This resulted in weeks of frustration and non responsiveness. However, on the day of my appointment, all levels of contact were very satisfactory. Dr . Bong was temporarily filling in for my Urologist and his explanations and expertise of my condition was only exceeded by his compassionate and attentive manner.
