Dr Lowrey took time to answer my questions, and explain options for treatment. Before rushing to surgery, he suggested waiting a bit and doing another test to make sure we identify the actual cause of my problems. Needs improvemShow moreent: he gave me some catheters and said more would be sent to my house. When I was about to run out, I had to return to the office for a few more. More were then ordered and came to my house the next day. Needs improvement: the automated phone answering messages give no option for a patient needing to consult with the doctor. I understand a new phone system, hopefully with more options, is being installed.
I like Dr. Lowrey very much and was very please with the treatment I received from him, but the support/admin staff has a lot to be desired. Upon every visit I am asked to review and update my medical history. after the first viShow moresit it was the exact same information on the sheet as the first time.. I also noticed, on my visit yesterday, it did not list the out-patient surgical procedure preformed on me in September, BY YOUR VERY OWN PRACTICE. and the telephone system sucks, too. I had to finally press the extension to schedule a surgery to talk to some to someone to schedule an office visit.

Phone meeting just to let me know about my up coming surgery
Working with Dr Lowrey was a pleasure. His explanations were clear, and I have no regrets in choosing him as my surgeon.
Doctor was very professional and very knowledgeable I feel confident that he will do everything in his power to provide me with the best medical advice. And guide me in the right direction.
There was a glitch in the insurance. Not only did Dr. Lowery propose a solution, he called me personally later in the day to see if there was any more he could do to ameliorate the situation. Over and beyond expectations.

I was scheduled for a pre-surgery consult on a Friday, but snow storm closed the practice and I got a robo-call to reschedule after the weekend. Within an hour of the robo-call Dr Lowery called and did the consult by phone. I am impressed.

Overall experience was good. As my treatment continued over the weeks, I realized that there were certain details that I don't believe were discussed. I wasn't knowledgeable enough to think to ask certain questions either. C'est la vie...

Dr. Lowrey performed a TURP procedure on me on the 20th of Feb. Today is the 22nd of Feb and I feel like a new man! Once the catheter was removed (no fun at all), I have experienced exactly what Dr. Lowrey said I would. I'm so impressed and thankful that he took such great care of my during my visits with him that I highly recommend him if you're having any urological issues.
