From an individual patient primary focus to a wide variety of support services. The staff is always friendly, professional & gives you a feeling of security & tbh s sense of relief. If you're apprehensive as a result of too many bait & switch appointments (rest assured, you've found the real deal here). You can be yourself + 100% honest. Read less

It is a consistently happy experience to visit Dr. Hoffman and her staff. Without fail, I have been treated with patience and generosity. I am heard and cared for and not only patronized.
Connected Health's facilities are clean and beautiful and their services are of exemplary quality.
It is rare to feel my interests are a doctor's priority, but Connected Health has shown the patient's outcomes are paramount.
