My first visit was wonderful! The staff and doctor made me feel safe and comfortable to be honest and were non-judgmental! They were kind and comfortable and gave me the courage to keep going on my road to recovery!
Dr Hoffman was amazing at my OB visit, going over procedures and explaining the science and reason behind it clearly, ensuring I understood everything. The staff were very friendly and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Truly an amazing clinic!

It is a consistently happy experience to visit Dr. Hoffman and her staff. Without fail, I have been treated with patience and generosity. I am heard and cared for and not only patronized. Connected Health's facilities are clean and beautiful and their services are of exemplary quality. It is rare to feel my interests are a doctor's priority, but Connected Health has shown the patient's outcomes are paramount. I recommend Connected Health and Dr. Hoffman without reservation.
I can't say it enough -I love this practice. I hadn't trusted a Doctor in years (until I met Dr. Hoffman). The office is constantly leveling up. From an individual patient primary focus to a wide variety of support services. The staff is always friendly, professional & gives you a feeling of security & tbh s sense of relief. If you're apprehensive as a result of too many bait & switch appointments (rest assured, you've found the real deal here). You can be yourself + 100% honest.

Jennifer takes care of many needs. She is good for women's health too. I always had the care and concern i needed from her whether it was woman's health or my addiction.

I was really scared to go to a new doctor, especially for my addiction and she Dr.Hoffman was so she just comforted me and I immediately felt OK so for some people who don’t know it’s scary for a minute, but you won’t be disappointed when you go she she is a great doctor And I hope you have the chance to meet her. Dr. Hoffman's compassion and professionalism are a credit to a profession whose majority fail more and more Americans every day. Even after only a single appointment, I have felt something rare in my experience with most medical practitioners: Respect and concern. I feel valued instead of only appraised for the money that can be wrung out of me and am optimistic about future appointments.
