Well first of all, we called that day and got a same day appointment. Dr. Tilgner was patient with me as I outlined my problem and concerns. He didn't dismiss them. He heard what I said and was very compassionate in his response to me with our main goal of eliminating my pain. He did a complete and thorough exam and I was satisfied with his plan a course of action, knowing that we had a plan b lined up should plan a not work to our satisfaction. Today was my first visit to the office. Very friendly staff and Dr. Tilgner was extremely friendly and put me at ease. He explained the treatment options, so I could choose what I thought would be best for me. I will be going back for the gel injections. It hurt, but he walked me through the pain.
