I give Dr. Tilgner an excellent rating. I am an out-of-state patient that was in a car accident and no one would take me because it was car insurance. Dr. Tilgner said that he would see me. I had a broken ankle on one leg and two broken bones and a pin and the other leg he knew my case and gave me excellent treatment. I would recommend anyone to see him. He was very thorough. Well first of all, we called that day and got a same day appointment. Dr. Tilgner was patient with me as I outlined my problem and concerns. He didn't dismiss them. He heard what I said and was very compassionate in his response to me with our main goal of eliminating my pain. He did a complete and thorough exam and I was satisfied with his plan a course of action, knowing that we had a plan b lined up should plan a not work to our satisfaction.
