Great first visit! From the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor, everything went smoothly. I accidentally went to the wrong location and was 15 minutes late and they still made time for me and made me feel welcomed. The doctor and staff were all very professional and did everything they could to help. It was obvious that they intended to provide the best care possible and that's exactly what I got. I have already recommended him to friends and family.
To be honest it was very nice to have a Doctor listen to what you have to say….to take the time to give you answers and not brush it off as something else……I’m so happy to have gone to see him…..now maybe my problem will be solved

My visit was thorough. I didn't feel rushed. Dr Tilgner assessed me knee and had vowed my X-ray. Gave me options.
