Considering the unexpected move/change due to building issues, the visit was so easy. Dr. Tilgner is my go to for all of my orthopedic problems and he has taken care of me with explaining what is wrong with options to correct andShow more giving me the say as to what we do. His nurse/med assistant was friendly and didn’t rush me to explain what was wrong. She was considerate and kind. The front desk person was dealing with her own difficulties with not having her needed equip. But she was unruffled.
I recently (5weeks ago) had a torn meniscus knee surgery from Dr T. The surgery went well and at my 2 week post op appointment Dr T. Mentioned that my knee is know a good candidate for receiving an Cortisone shot if I still feel sShow moreome post op pain . Well I had my cortisone shot yesterday and today my knee is pain free for the first time in over 10 years. Thank you Dr Tilgner and staff for of your help in making this possible!

Have been seeing Dr.Tilgner for over 20 years for multiple surgeries and continued treatments. I am almost 70 and he has kept me playing competitive sports at a pretty high level. He is also very personable and has a fabulous staff. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I received a Cordarone shot in both knees and didn't hurt and walked out with no pain immediately. 4 hours later NO PAIN. walked to restaurant and no pain Doc is the best
