Mentioned that my knee is know a good candidate for receiving an Cortisone shot if I still feel sShow moreome post op pain . Have been seeing Dr.Tilgner for over 20 years for multiple surgeries and continued treatments. I am almost 70 and he has kept me playing competitive sports at a pretty high level. He is also very personable and has a fabulous staff. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I've seen Dr. Tilgner for several issues including surgery and I would say he is very competent and explains the issues very well! Excellent Doctor in my opinion
I received a Cordarone shot in both knees and didn't hurt and walked out with no pain immediately. 4 hours later NO PAIN. walked to restaurant and no pain Doc is the best

Great first visit! From the receptionist to the assistant to the doctor, everything went smoothly. I accidentally went to the wrong location and was 15 minutes late and they still made time for me and made me feel welcomed. I am grateful I found an office I feel comfortable with and a doctor that is compassionate to his patients.
