My concern is the text message I received made me believe the appointment was in the office. I called a couple of days before and left a message questioning whether the appointment was over the phone or in the office and was never called back. Anna was so nice and explained everything to me about the insulin and medications so I could understand. I wish I could remember the nurse's name because she was so kind and helpful during the process of everything that went on. But I would definitely advise other diabetics that can't get their sugar under control even with diet, exercise and meds to go see her and her team. Read less
