My concern is the text message I received made me believe the appointment was in the office. I called a couple of days before and left a message questioning whether the appointment was over the phone or in the office and was neverShow more called back. I drove 55 miles each way to the office and was told it was a phone appointment. The text needs to be more clear if it is a phone appointment

I have been seen by Anna Markus (my primary) and Julie Wood at the Clinic. I appreciate that they listen and help with your concerns. It’s also convenient for blood draws since they have the ability to do so at the clinic. My wait times have been short every time I’ve been there. The staff they have are great. They are all professional and they too listen to you.

Abby is absolutely amazing!! She is very patient, thorough, and kind. She is always willing to help anyway possible. When my dad first started seeing Abby his a1c was 13 & in a few months she got it down to 6.1!!!! I’m so thankful Abby is our provider!

Anna was so nice and explained everything to me about the insulin and medications so I could understand. I wish I could remember the nurse's name because she was so kind and helpful during the process of everything that went on. But I would definitely advise other diabetics that can't get their sugar under control even with diet, exercise and meds to go see her and her team.
