For more than 25 years, Dominion Endodontics has provided specialized endodontic care to patients throughout Alexandria, Falls Church, Arlington, and the surrounding Northern Virginia communities. Our office features digital radiography, which reduces radiation exposure while producing high-quality images that can be securely stored and shared with your referring dentist when needed. We also utilize advanced 3D CBCT imaging and surgical operating microscopes to provide a detailed view of the tooth's anatomy, allowing for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Patient comfort is an important part of every visit. We offer several sedation options, including nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral sedation, and IV sedation, to help patients feel relaxed throughout their procedure.
