Dr. David Palmieri

Dr. David Palmieri earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He remained at the University of Pittsburgh to complete his specialty training in endodontics, earning both a Certificate in Endodontics and a Master of Science degree.

Dr. Palmieri is a Fellow of the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He is also an active member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Society, and Alexandria Dental Society, where he served as president.

As the founder of Dominion Endodontics, Dr. Palmieri has been providing exceptional endodontic care to patients across Northern Virginia for more than 25 years. Trusted by both patients and referring dentists, he is known for his expertise in dealing with complex cases. His reputation has been built on clinical excellence and an unwavering commitment to continuing education—earning the confidence of patients and colleagues alike.

In recognition of his dedication to the profession, Dr. Palmieri received the Dr. Gene Gadaire Award from the NOVA Institute for Advanced Dental Education (Seattle Study Club).
