Dr. Konrad is very professional and has an excellent bedside manner. She is easy going and when I asked a question she never made me feel like it was a silly question and gave me clear answers. She is confident in her ability and I felt completely comfortable in her care. I know if I have any or question or problem I can contact her directly. She definitely cares about her patients and her results. I would highly recommend her!

I get pretty disoriented with eye exams, and she is kind, patient, and efficient. I would recommend her without hesitation even to those who have medical anxiety. One note for those with accessibility needs: her office is up 4 steps. I am not clear if there is another entrance without steps for those who might need it, so just be aware of that. Her receptionist was also lovely.
