Everyone was professional, kind and compassionate. I found it refreshing when all team members introduced themselves as well as their role in my procedure. Almost no wait time for consult, procedure, post-op - so thank you! My time is valuable too- and Dr Konrad et al. recognize this. I would highly recommend her practice to anyone seeking skillful,contemporary care with old fashioned values

The way she totally eliminated my ptosis was a wonder to me. She’s a surgeon, an artist, and a technical engineer all in one😊 I don’t think it’s an overstatement to say that she has changed my life and lifted my spirits at 78 years of age. I feel so very lucky to have found her.
