These days it is very hard to find a good doctor and someone who genuinely cares. Dr. Konrad listened with an attentiveness that made me feel like my concerns truly mattered, nodding thoughtfully, smiling and explaining each step of her plan in clear, encouraging terms. By the end of the visit, I was very happy that I had found a doctor who treated me as a whole person, not just a patient. I know I'll be in good hands for surgery.

Dr. Konrad is very professional and has an excellent bedside manner. She is easy going and when I asked a question she never made me feel like it was a silly question and gave me clear answers. She is confident in her ability and I felt completely comfortable in her care. I know if I have any or question or problem I can contact her directly. She definitely cares about her patients and her results. I would highly recommend her!
