I just love Dr. Konrad. She is kind, considerate and caring. She immediately eased any worries I had, and did not rush me through the visit. Wants to take the easy steps first before prescribing pills or injections, which can be painful. I would recommend Dr. Konrad to anyone in need of the services she provides. Dr. Konrad is wonderful. It' was my second visit, and I am so grateful to have found her! I get pretty disoriented with eye exams, and she is kind, patient, and efficient. I would recommend her without hesitation even to those who have medical anxiety. One note for those with accessibility needs: her office is up 4 steps. I am not clear if there is another entrance without steps for those who might need it, so just be aware of that. Her receptionist was also lovely.

She is easy going and when I asked a question she never made me feel like it was a silly question and gave me clear answers. Everyone working in the office is quite helpful and friendly including Dr. Konrad. She is very attentive, listens well and explains things clearly and in terms the patient understands. I had to cancel my appointment earlier in the month because of urgent and unplanned surgery the day before. The office was able to re-schedule me the next month before my current insurance changes. Everything about this practice is pleasant and professional.

Dr Konrad and her staff are absolute life savers. I came in with a painful sty late on a Friday before leaving the next morning to drive across the country...
