Was able to get in to see Dr Konrad in a reasonable time, office staff was great, Dr was on time and started by asking why I was there and really listening to me about what my concerns were. She then examined me, and we discussed treatment plans. I felt like she saw me, took her time, and recommended solid, reasonable next steps.

Dr Konrad manages the intricacies of eyes when performing a Botox procedure. I asked her to help me with a botched application from another practice and she managed it perfectly. I go regularly now to Dr Konrad without hesitation.
