I had a good experience with recent visit, I came in a bit worried about my eye condition and had lots of concerns about my recent eye injury. Dr. Konrad's office was inviting and clean, the secretary greets you with a smile aShow morend was easy going to talk to. I arrived a bit early but didn't wait long to be seen. Dr Konrad was very knowledgeable in her field, she took the time to explain to me my eye conditions and answer all my questions and felt comfortable overall.

She always takes a genuine interest in the kids and what’s going on in their lives and offers encouragement and acknowledgment of their sucShow morecesses. To put this into perspective Dr. Konrad been my daughters doctor since she was about 2 1/2. She saved her vision back then and we will forever be grateful💜 Caitlyn is also great. Dr. Konrad and the staff are all professional, friendly, and efficient. I appreciated their careful attention to detail. There were several patients in queue. I spent little time waiting and all my questions were answered clearly.

All went very well with the small procedure I had done to my left eye. I felt I could trust Dr. Hindola Konrad years of experience as an ophthalmologist, and the small bump I had on my eyelid was safely removed. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking excellent eye care. Maureen McCrum

Had in office blepharoplasty. It went very smoothly. Did not feel discomfort during procedure. Some swelling next few days but overall very tolerable and eyes 7 days later ok to go out into public. Highly recommend Dr Konrad for in office procedure.
Dr. Konrad is a very competent opthalmologist. I've been seeing her for years. She explains everything that she's doing so that you understand what's going on.
We've been going to Dr. Konrad for 19 years, she has always done a complete exam and provided excellent guidance on our eye health. Sometimes you have to wait for an appointment as it's a busy office, but worth the wait.
