If I was just evaluating Dr Konrad’s professionalism and performance this would be a five star review. My experience with her was perfect from start to finish and I am so very happy with my results. I removed one star given my pre-op experience which was far less stress-free. It felt rushed, unstructured and I was given conflicting instructions that ultimately ended up being reversed and chalked up to lack of communication with my primary care physician. Even given this, I recommend Dr Konrad
The office staff is exceptional -always friendly, helpful, organized. The scheduling is always great - never a wait to see the doctor. Dr. Konrad is one of the most helpful and expert doctors I've ever visited. Based on years of her advice, including recommended procedures, I trust her and highly recommend her.
