My eyes were overflowing with tears which was thought to be a drainage issue from a blockage of my tear canal. I went to Dr. Konrad for a 2nd opinion regarding the need for a Jones Tube surgery. Through her care to find a solutiShow moreon other than performing the surgery she determined that my excess tears were allergy and inflamation related not a blockage of my tear canal. My eyes have improved with the allergy treatments and I didn't need to put a glass tube through my nose from my tear duct.

I think I was a little “taken aback” about how “ mechanically” the office is run. There was definitely a system in place designed to get you in and out smoothly, but it didn’t leave much for feeling you were more a number than a face. ( more-so on the technicians part.

The office is well run and Dr Konrad is one of the best doctors around I wouldn’t go anywhere else
