I am not clear if there is another entrance without steps for those who might need it, so just be aware of that. Her receptionist was also lovely.
Nothing but good things to say. Dr. Konrad is very professional and has an excellent bedside manner. She is easy going and when I asked a question she never made me feel like it was a silly question and gave me clear answers. She definitely cares about her patients and her results. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Konrad is everything you would want in a physician – knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She has wonderful credentials and I have 100% trust in her. She makes me feel like she is very invested in the best outcome for her patient. Her office staff is also very good.

Dr Konrad was wonderful. She’s friendly and kind, patient and reassuring. She was very efficient and thorough in her pre exam in order to get information from me and then followed with an exam. Her instructions were verbally clear, but she also sent me home with notes. I was very pleased to meet her and benefit from her expertise.
