Both my husband and I have been gong to Dr. Konrad for a little over a year and a half now. She had been recommended to me by another doctor who perform a surgery on my lower eye lid. If I was just evaluating Dr Konrad’s professionalism and performance this would be a five star review. My experience with her was perfect from start to finish and I am so very happy with my results. I removed one star given my pre-op experience which was far less stress-free. It felt rushed, unstructured and I was given conflicting instructions that ultimately ended up being reversed and chalked up to lack of communication with my primary care physician. Even given this, I recommend Dr Konrad
The office staff is exceptional -always friendly, helpful, organized. The scheduling is always great - never a wait to see the doctor. Dr. Konrad is one of the most helpful and expert doctors I've ever visited. Based on years of her advice, including recommended procedures, I trust her and highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Dr. Hindola Konrad. She was exceptionally prompt, thorough, and genuinely listened to all of my concerns. Despite conducting eye exams over and over throughout her day, I truly felt "seen" (pun intended)—I was not just another number coming in for an annual visit. The office waiting room was clean, and her office support person is calming and helpful.
