She is easy going and when I asked a question she never made me feel like it was a silly question and gave me clear answers. The process was smooth as could be! She was great and enthusiastic about the surgery for me! Looking forward to the final results when healing is complete

Dr. Konrad is a very gifted surgeon. She is calm, cool, collective, and a real people person. She promptly answered all my questions and concerns and put me at ease. The entire process was well organized, you just have to let nature take its course. She's awesome and would highly recommend!

Very compassionate and understanding
I'm never disappointed when I have my yearly eye exam with Dr. Konrad. She is always so thorough, warm and approachable. I've been going to her for a few years now and always enjoy our interaction. She is very professional and friendly as well.

Personable, knowledgeable and understanding!
Everyone working in the office is quite helpful and friendly including Dr. Konrad. She is very attentive, listens well and explains things clearly and in terms the patient understands. I had to cancel my appointment earlier in the month because of urgent and unplanned surgery the day before. The office was able to re-schedule me the next month before my current insurance changes. Everything about this practice is pleasant and professional.

Dr Konrad and her staff are absolute life savers. I came in with a painful sty late on a Friday before leaving the next morning to drive across the country... Dr Konrad resolved it and patched me up, leaving me in perfect shape for my weekend. I cannot overstate my gratitude. They fit me in and took care of me - giving me the best care one can get.
Dr Konrad is a true professional, I had skin which blocked my vision. I woke up to full view of everything which brought tears to my eyes as I hadn’t had that in so long. I feel so very lucky to have found her.
