My first visit with Dr. Konrad to performing my eye surgery has been nothing but a wonderful experience. Not only is she very qualified and competent, she's also warm, friendly and easy to speak with. My pre-op paperwork wasShow more handled online without any problems. All instructions, prescriptions were provided pre-op, so I could start taking them pre/post-op. The staff at Manhattan Surgery Center is the best and and overall everything went smoothly and I'm very satisfied with the service.
Dr. Konrad is an excellent doctor- she is caring and makes sure you get the care you need no matter what. She has squeezed me in when I needed help last minute and she also called my son who was in the southern mountains to help hShow moreim with an ocular issue on a weekend! She really cares and is so funny. She gets to the point, and is so kind.

I have very complicated vision and was nervous about finding a new ophthalmologist now that I live in New York, Dr. Konrad was recommended to me by Sterling optical and she was so personable and made me feel comfortable and she knew what she was doing when giving me a new prescription! Highly recommend her especially if you have complicated vision :) you’re in good hands!

Dr Konrad is a very friendly great doctor. I couldn’t believe she gave me her personal cellphone number to communicate with her after my surgery. I had to text her only once and she answered right away. I highly recommend Dr Konrad for your ophthalmology needs.
