I was anxious about surgery so close to my eye until I met Dr Konrad..she was so reassuring. I left the office confident in my choice of surgeon..and her staff are polite and professional!
Dr. Konrad and her assistant were very compassionate with me and my nervousness. This is a more involved procedure and they were often checking in with me to check my comfort level. I am grateful for that.
