My eyes were overflowing with tears which was thought to be a drainage issue from a blockage of my tear canal. I went to Dr. Konrad for a 2nd opinion regarding the need for a Jones Tube surgery. Through her care to find a solutiShow moreon other than performing the surgery she determined that my excess tears were allergy and inflamation related not a blockage of my tear canal. My eyes have improved with the allergy treatments and I didn't need to put a glass tube through my nose from my tear duct.

Dr Konrad was excellent and I am very pleased with my experience. Her staff is wonderful especially Diana. My surgery went was expected and I am healing well.
Dr.Konrad spoke to me like she was my younger sister: totally knowledgeable, thoughtful, caring; a gentle soul that made me feel that someone was truly looking out for my welfare. I wish more physicians were even a bit like this very professional woman.
