MY PLEASURE! to leave a comment regarding the care, empathy, guidance, and education I receive from Dr. Konrad. Several years ago, I had a surgery that went well, and filled me with confidence and esteem. I hadn’t had for a very Show morelong time. As of recent, I have seen Dr. Konrad for a condition she diagnosed, called “floppy eye syndrome”.. It is a work in progress and will continue to be for a while and that has nothing to do with her expertise, wisdom and willingness to help get this resolved.

I saw Dr. Hindola Konrad for thyroid eye disease. Dr. Konrad thoroughly explained the condition and treatments. I found her very knowledgeable, organized and absolutely lovely. Her staff very friendly and efficient. I was seen at the time of my appointment and from what I saw as I was early for my appointment, patients came in as scheduled and were seen in a timely manner. I highly recommend Dr. Hindola Konrad and her staff without hesitation.

Dr Konrad not only treated me for what I’d originally planned, but also examined my eye when I mentioned I’d been seeing flashes in my periphery, just to make sure everything was okay. The results of her work are fantastic

Dr. Konrad is very efficient and timely. Her examinations are thorough and amiable. She does not waste any time, gets right to work but provides the patient time to ask any questions. The staff is very efficient and functional. They take time to make sure all set-up is performed efficiently, properly and with care to the patient.
This was my first visit with Dr. Konrad. My initial impression is that she is refreshingly pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, very caring and concerned as well as an effective diagnostician, communicator and straightforward problem solver. Wow, Dr. Konrad is awesome! I went to see her after having swelling in my cornea that another doctor thought was happening because my contact lenses were too tight. I wanted to get a second opinion since I'd been wearing the same prescription for years without an issue and after one quick visit she figured out it was because of my contact lens solution - after a week of following her suggestion, my eyes feel normal again! I'm so grateful!

Dr. Konrad is kind, calming, and so helpful! When I had an eye injury and was very concerned, she explained everything and calmed me right down. She also takes care of routine eye care. A one stop shop, really a must, for someone with aging eyes!
Both my husband and I have been gong to Dr. Konrad for a little over a year and a half now. She had been recommended to me by another doctor who perform a surgery on my lower eye lid. That doctor said she was the best when it came to reconstructive surgery on parts of the eye. She was fantastic. Looking at the before and after pictures were amazing. I now have gone to her for Botox and I can't be happier.
