Both my husband and I have been gong to Dr. Konrad for a little over a year and a half now. She had been recommended to me by another doctor who perform a surgery on my lower eye lid. I highly recommend Dr. Hindola Konrad. She was exceptionally prompt, thorough, and genuinely listened to all of my concerns. Despite conducting eye exams over and over throughout her day, I truly felt "seen" (pun intended)—I was not just another number coming in for an annual visit. The office waiting room was clean, and her office support person is calming and helpful.

Dr Konrad is a wonderful, caring doctor with exceptional skills as well as a great personality. From annual visits to surgery she explains procedures & answers any questions. Living on the UWS her Manhattan office is very accessible & appointments are easy to book. She is one on one for exams, so much better than seeing two or three techs for different parts of an exam. I highly recommend her.
