My eyes were overflowing with tears which was thought to be a drainage issue from a blockage of my tear canal. I went to Dr. Konrad for a 2nd opinion regarding the need for a Jones Tube surgery. Through her care to find a solutiShow moreon other than performing the surgery she determined that my excess tears were allergy and inflamation related not a blockage of my tear canal. My eyes have improved with the allergy treatments and I didn't need to put a glass tube through my nose from my tear duct.

Dr Konrad manages the intricacies of eyes when performing a Botox procedure. I asked her to help me with a botched application from another practice and she managed it perfectly. I go regularly now to Dr Konrad without hesitation.

The whole experience was wonderful. Dr Konrad was extremely friendly and very professional. Her staff and the staff at the hospital was very helpful, supportive and exceptionally nice. Post surgery the nurses were very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had . I would highly recommend her and the procedure . Quick and effective.
