I had my first visit with Dr. Konrad and was a bit nervous. These days it is very hard to find a good doctor and someone who genuinely cares. Dr. Konrad listened with an attentiveness that made me feel like my concerns truly matteShow morered, nodding thoughtfully, smiling and explaining each step of her plan in clear, encouraging terms. By the end of the visit, I was very happy that I had found a doctor who treated me as a whole person, not just a patient. I know I'll be in good hands for surgery.
Dr. Konrad is wonderful. It' was my second visit, and I am so grateful to have found her! I get pretty disoriented with eye exams, and she is kind, patient, and efficient. I am not clear if there is another entrance without steps for those who might need it, so just be aware of that. Her receptionist was also lovely.
