Through her care to find a solutiShow moreon other than performing the surgery she determined that my excess tears were allergy and inflamation related not a blockage of my tear canal. My eyes have improved with the allergy treatments and I didn't need to put a glass tube through my nose from my tear duct.

I think I was a little “taken aback” about how “ mechanically” the office is run. There was definitely a system in place designed to get you in and out smoothly, but it didn’t leave much for feeling you were more a number than a face. ( more-so on the technicians part.
