Excellent provider, spends time with the patient
I see Dr. Konrad for my yearly exams and twice for emergency conditions- both foreign material in my eye with corneal ulcers. She is great and her helpful staff fit me right into their schedule when I needed her help. Recommend highly!

I recently went back to see the eye technician to recheck the glasses I had gotten as my prescription seemed so strong. She was so patient and knowledgeable about explaining my astigmatism and worked with me for 20 minutes to ensure I had the right prescription and to find a happy medium, so my eyes were more comfortable. I love this doctors office and I love Dr. Konrad.

I was dealing with an eye issue that required an in-office surgical procedure that was done effectively, efficiently and with a great deal of compassion. Was able to get in to see Dr Konrad in a reasonable time, office staff was great, Dr was on time and started by asking why I was there and really listening to me about what my concerns were. She then examined me, and we discussed treatment plans. I felt like she saw me, took her time, and recommended solid, reasonable next steps.
