I had my first visit with Dr. Konrad and was a bit nervous. These days it is very hard to find a good doctor and someone who genuinely cares. Dr. Konrad listened with an attentiveness that made me feel like my concerns truly matteShow morered, nodding thoughtfully, smiling and explaining each step of her plan in clear, encouraging terms. By the end of the visit, I was very happy that I had found a doctor who treated me as a whole person, not just a patient. I know I'll be in good hands for surgery.
Nothing but good things to say. Dr. Konrad is very professional and has an excellent bedside manner. She is easy going and when I asked a question she never made me feel like it was a silly question and gave me clear answers. SShow morehe is confident in her ability and I felt completely comfortable in her care. I know if I have any or question or problem I can contact her directly. She definitely cares about her patients and her results. I would highly recommend her!

The overall doctor was very nice and professional 5/5… However the office is EXTREMELY OUTDATED. You will not find any new and innovative technology, at most just the 90s basics. For someone with more serious vision or eye problems, I recommend elsewhere.
