Dr. Al-Sagri was the first doctor who really listened to me and seemed concerned about my 3 years of debilitating symptoms. Within a couple of weeks she had run many tests and had determined possibilities and treatment plans, and within a few months I had control of my symptoms and optimism about the future. Dr. Al-Sagri takes my pain and symptoms seriously and always makes sure that I understand everything she tells me, and clearly values mutual trust. I'll hold all doctors to her standard now.

From the beginning, my doctor has taken my concerns seriously, listened to me, & made sure I understood what was going on with my health & treatment. I never felt rushed during my appointments, & I truly feel heard and cared for.
