I wish we had one on one counseling to better help me. Love to receive some written homework to further our treatment. I know I confront her with many problems I have and she is a wonderful friend and counselor. I've never met a more helpful person. I never know how she'll help me but we'll take it one step at a time.

She’s pointed out and helped me grow through. I’ve been working with Kathryn for about a year now. As an adult female with ADHD she is definitely the right fit, and it took me a very long time to find a therapist that I would continue to go back to.
