First visit today and so happy I made the switch. Although I liked my previous Doctor…. I just didn’t feel “Heard” and my concerns weren’t always addressed. The time and attention I was given by Jenny was above and beyond what I expected. I never felt rushed and I am very confident she has my best interests at heart. Highly recommend.

It took me 40 years to discover Dr. Bell. She is an absolute wealth of knowledge and has a fantastic listening ability. She addressed every problem I brought to her attention. Dr. Bell and Mr. Marc are a dynamic duo and if your current general partitioner is not good give Form and Function a chance. Mr. Marc played with my 3 year old while I got thru a plan for my health. Never been more happy with a doctor.
