We love her! My son and I both go to her and now my husband is going to start. She has taken the stress out of doctor visits. Such a breath of fresh air. In the past, I spent years trying to be heard by past practitioners. She heaShow morers you, truly cares and takes the steps to quickly get the ball rolling to get to the root and get it treated. Her receptionist is amazing also! So kind and easy to talk to. I’ve never had a more easy time setting up appointments with someone so nice. I highly recommend
I just had my initial appointment and I have to say that it was the best experience I have ever had at the doctors. I felt like she genuinely wanted to know me and help me get to the healthiest version of myself. She listened to mShow morey concerns and not once made me feel like I was stupid or crazy (which I have experienced before at other places). She also communicated her thoughts on a game plan with me and for me, and I was insanely happy with it. I left my appointment with a huge weight lifted.

First visit today and so happy I made the switch. Although I liked my previous Doctor…. I just didn’t feel “Heard” and my concerns weren’t always addressed. The time and attention I was given by Jenny was above and beyond what I expected. I never felt rushed and I am very confident she has my best interests at heart. Highly recommend.
It took me 40 years to discover Dr. Bell. She is an absolute wealth of knowledge and has a fantastic listening ability. She addressed every problem I brought to her attention. Dr. Bell and Mr. Marc are a dynamic duo and if your current general partitioner is not good give Form and Function a chance. Mr. Marc played with my 3 year old while I got thru a plan for my health. Never been more happy with a doctor.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. Extremely easy online scheduling, filling out the forms and a great patient portal for lab results, billing and communication. Jenny is extremely knowledgeable and personable. Had a great first visit reviewing my medical history and any concerns I have. This is how medical care is supposed to be!!
Fantastic experience. Jennifer was easy to talk to. She was warm and welcoming. She has lots of energy and experience! I had been with my last provider for 30 years and didn’t think I would ever find someone I could work with for the next 30 years but I did. Mark in the office was awesome too— helpful, funny, kind!

Jennifer listened to my concerns, asked insightful questions, and is a genuinely warm and curious person who wants the best for her patients. I’m really happy that I found Form & Function and would absolutely recommend this practice to others, especially for anyone who’s felt marginalized or dismissed by care providers in the past.
Walking into Form and Function is like walking into your fantasy of how healthcare should be. There was no rushing me out or referring me to other medical professionals. I feel listened to and optimistic that someone (finally!) will work with me to get to the bottom of my chronic issue.
Jennifer Bell is the best! She really listens to you and tries to help you figure out exactly what is oing on with your body... Both mentally and physically. She was the first doctor to think to test my vitamin B12 levels and delve deep into testing my hormones something other doctors were reluctant to do. She found the source of a lot of my symptoms and is working to make them better. She is also very patient, understanding and reassuring. Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

I am not a fan of the healthcare industry. I attended an appointment with limited expectations. This appointment changed everything. I have never been happier to be wrong. With Jenny, I was heard. I was a collaborator in my own healing. I felt simultaneously secure and unrestricted. I am grateful to have found healthcare that works for me, will work for my family and can comprehensively serve our diverse needs.
