I felt that I was heard and cared for as we discussed treatment options. Mrs. Coburn was very knowledgeable and was great at explaining things to me. The medical staff care. I can tell because they listen to my story. I prefer my interactions to be relational instead of transactional. I do not feel like a number who only get 15 minutes of their time before they have to go to someone else. And the support staff was so good, so patient with me while getting my insurance information.
