I have grown so much and also been finally honest with myself and with others. She will have you work sShow moreo if you do not want to work on yourself and someone who is honest this is not the best therapist for you!! For me I wanted growth and understanding of how to change. She has many modalities she uses and can pull from in a session. Michelle is one of my favorites!!
I have seen my fair share of mental health professionals and none seemed to fit what I needed, but with Michelle I actually see the light at the end of this dark tunnel. She listens, but also educates and now I don't feel so lShow moreost when it comes to how my mind works and why. I feel truly equipped to manage my mental health in a way that doesn't make me feel stigmatized but rather encouraged. I would recommend Michelle a thousand times over!

Ms. Deal was very thorough and listened to me well. She also gives great advice always when needed and remembers situations I've mentioned to her accurately. I'm very satisfied with the session.

I have struggled for over 10 years to make my way back into therapy, with lots of trial and error, of course, but I believe Michelle Ruiz-Deal is the perfect therapist for me!
Michelle is beyond a therapist. She is a life coach, cheerleader and mentor. She has taught me so many skills that I implement daily into my daily life. The journey was not easy but it is those skills that once implemented change your perception of life’s trials and tribulations. Life is rocky but with Michelle on your side you will see the light!!! Keep persevering you are worth it!!!
