She is kind, professional, attentive and listens carefully allowing her to get to the priorities quickly. The people working in the clinic are overall lovely as well, but my only complaint would the hour long wait. I can't even say it is fair to the clinic and those working in it to give them a 4, as GI field is completely undermanned currently. So 5 stars for them doing great job and maintaining good attitudes in spite of being stretched.

She clearly explained the results of the medical procedure I recently underwent and answered all of my questions in a professional and reassuring manner. Jennifer also provided detailed information about the follow-up care, any future procedures that may be needed, and the medications I will need to take going forward. I felt very well informed and confident about the outcome.
