All staff, from when you first sign in, to when you speak to the NP, to the follow-ups, the actual procedure, to the email communications, everyone is very attentative and professional! Iseriously wish all other doctors were the sShow moreame. Jennifer Cadena takes the time to explain everything to you in detail, she's not rushing you, and she listens! During the procedure, I so appreciated Dr. Egbuna and staff making me feel comfortable and taking the time to explain each process! Awesome practice!!
Jennifer was simply awesome! She thoroughly addressed my issues, asked if I had any questions or concerns, and very carefully/thoughtfully relayed all future procedures, ideas and plans for my betterment. All around, the entire stShow moreaff was professional and kind.

Registration was fast and was called in to see Dr Cadena with five minutes, she was very attentive to hear my issues and concerns, asked the right questions to better understand my issues
Ms. Cadena, FNP-C took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the professionalism and compassion shown throughout the visit.

I was treated very well took about 20 minutes after I filled out the information papers. The interviewers were very informative and knowledgable of all my inquiries. I was very impressed!!!

All the staff were friendly. Even the dr Cadena was great. She explained everything in detail and with a smile.
The Doctor was very cordial, and friendly she answered all my questions very professionally, my only complaint is the speed at which it takes to get a colonoscopy appointment date but that has more to do with the colonoscopy examination place and their availability.
