Nichole is incredible caring as a professional partner on our baby's long, rocky journey. When Nichole enters the room, we as a family immediately feel seen as important patients, understood as worried parents and listened to as valued discussion partner on the matters concerning our baby's health.

Nichole Cortez is absolutely amazing! We recently found out our two and half year old son has celiacs disease.Thankfully, we found Nichole who approaches our son’s struggles with compassion and positivity. Her approach has truly been amazing and has allowed for us to approach our son’s nutrition with encouragement, rather than fear. Nichole’s tips and advice has done wonders for our son emotionally and physically. He has already began gaining weight! We are truly so thankful for her expertise!
