Nicola is attentive and understanding and does not rush you. I appreciate her listening to my concerns and ordering the appropriate tests/procedures to get to the underlying issue or root of the problem. She does not want to just throw medication or a prescription at the problem which I appreciate.

Friendly staff, welcoming and comfy front office waiting area. Nice docor. Plenty of parking. Easy to find located on the first floor. Some communication and thoroughness lacking, I filled out paperwork online, filled out paperwork in office and then was asked verbally the same questions by Medical Assistant and then again by the doctor. During check in i was asked for insurance cards and ID then while waiting a different person asked me for them again.
Dr. Heard is a superior medical professional. She spends time and really cares, and not only for the women who are pregnant. I am 70 and have always had a very positive experience with her and her staff.
Nikki is an amazing provider and makes you feel so comfortable. I love that she is very down to earth and easy to talk to. I'm glad I made the decision to go see Nikki at Glendale Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr. Heard is very professional and gets right down to the point of the visit. She is thorough and listened to all my concerns. I feel we will get on the right track to meet my needs going forward.
Dr. Heard delivered my baby. I like her tenacity and ability to manage herself when facing difficulties during labor and delivery. Even if everything seems to be going wrong, she’s able to keep the calm and perform amazingly. However, she seems to be emotional unavailable which make her difficult to connect with. When asking her questions, she’s not afraid to tell you” nothing” and just stare at you with a “I don’t know/care” facial expression. I wish she could work on that area.
