Dr. Heard delivered my baby. I like her tenacity and ability to manage herself when facing difficulties during labor and delivery. Even if everything seems to be going wrong, she’s able to keep the calm and perform amazingly. HoweShow morever, she seems to be emotional unavailable which make her difficult to connect with. When asking her questions, she’s not afraid to tell you” nothing” and just stare at you with a “I don’t know/care” facial expression. I wish she could work on that area.

As a first time mom, Dr. Heard has helped me feel so welcomed in her office, calm, comforted and I always feel like my questions are answered thoroughly at each visit. I'm always excited for my next visit with her. I highly recommend her as an OB!
