She is an exceptional nurse practitioner who truly listens to her patients & makes you feel heard, respected, and never rushed. She takes the time to understand your concerns & works with you to develop a treatment plan that fits your individual needs. She is incredibly well-informed about women’s health, weight loss & the mental effect weight gain can cause. I left my appointment feeling validated, hopeful, and confident that I was in excellent hands.

She and I have a great connection and she understands who I am and my life experiences. She has been such a blessing helping me navigate through my complicated history as well as my current life living with a complicated husband who has NPD. She understands my feelings and struggles and devotion to this person. She has given me such great advice on building boundaries. I love her dearly!
