I highly recommend Michelle Camastro. She is an exceptional nurse practitioner who truly listens to her patients & makes you feel heard, respected, and never rushed. She takes the time to understand your concerns & works wShow moreith you to develop a treatment plan that fits your individual needs. She is incredibly well-informed about women’s health, weight loss & the mental effect weight gain can cause. I left my appointment feeling validated, hopeful, and confident that I was in excellent hands.

I can’t even begin to describe how grateful I am for Michelle and the Elevate staff people are. Michelle is knowledgeable and very understanding regarding my goals. She has helped me find a plan that has been successful for me. She is very watchful of my physical wellness and coaches me about nutrition. This is especially important because I had the gastric sleeve procedure done and my food intake is very small. She is super supportive and sensitive to how I feel and my overall health.

Michelle has been wonderful! I was on zepbound for almost a year with appropriate weight loss when my insurance changed the terms of prior auth w/o me realizing it. A colleague referred me to Elevate/Michelle and I was able to luckily get in so quickly when they had a sudden appt opening. After that first appt, they resubmitted a prior auth request after 2 denials from PCP request, and it GOT APPROVED! So exciting. I love the option of telehealth. She is great, very knowledgeable and personable!
