Dr. Phelps and his staff have always been responsive to my medical needs and although I have only requested an appointment that was not scheduled very few times, they continue to make it possible for me to see him. They are responsive to my phone calls for information and I am very appreciative of that attention. In Dr. Phelps' absence, I have been accommodated with an appointment with his Nurse Practitioner. Since I am in my 90's she sees me every 3-4 months and does blood tests before I come in to make sure there are no hidden problems. She is also a very good listener and gives me an opportunity to ask questions, which she promptly and thoroughly answers. Read less
