Dr Phelps is friendly and open as well as being really knowledgeable. He is a great listener and knows all the basics plus where to go to get more information or who to contact as specialists.

No wait. A thorough testing of physiological parameters and a series of suggestions for continuing good health status and conditions.
Dr. Phelps and his staff have always been responsive to my medical needs and although I have only requested an appointment that was not scheduled very few times, they continue to make it possible for me to see him. They are responsive to my phone calls for information and I am very appreciative of that attention. In Dr. Phelps' absence, I have been accommodated with an appointment with his Nurse Practitioner. I have been a patient at this practice since the early 80s .
