Led by Janelle Adams, MA, LMFT, ATR, a licensed marriage and family therapist and registered art therapist, care is informed by both professional expertise and a deeply individualized approach. Each client’s experience is shaped by careful listening, collaboration, and respect for their unique story.

Healing is most meaningful when the whole person is supported. For this reason, our work blends traditional counseling with evidence-based and creative approaches such as art therapy and mind-body–informed practices. When appropriate and clinically indicated, additional supportive tools may be incorporated to complement the therapeutic process and promote overall emotional well-being.
