I had to have the ligaments in my thumb completely repaired with a cage and some screws. I was able to get an appointment to see Dr. Kapteyn two weeks after surgery. He is very understanding, caring and he listens. I feel like he genuinely cares about his patients and that is very hard to find in a doctor these days. Dr.Kapteyn explains everything thoroughly and has great bedside manner. If I could rate him 1 million stars I would! Dr. Kapteyn is a wonderful Doctor and I will continue to see him for any pain issues that I have..

His professionalism, knowledge and experience played a pivotal role in my decision to regularly seek his medical care and opinion regarding anything related to the management of my chronic back pain.
