Overall, I had a really great experience with this office. For my initial consultation appointment, I did have to wait for over 45 minutes, however that was most likely because I was the last appointment of the day. For my actual procedure, I was the first appointment of the day and was in and out of there in less than an hour. I had a great experience with my nail removal procedure. I felt no pain at all, other than the initial numbing shot. Wonderful overall experience! Read less

After finding out they did not accept my insurance, I was able to do cash for my initial evaluation. They discussed that any procedure, they would help by doing a payment plan if that made it easier for me. I liked the thorough examination of my issue, and a very thoughtful plan was laid out to properly care for my issue. I found Dr. Clarkson to be very knowledgeable with a fabulous bedside manner.
