I used the option of being seen by the doctor without an appointment using the walk-in option and I didn’t wait very long in the waiting room. There was nine people in front of me and as soon as the providers seen those nine people it was my turn next and I didn’t mind the wait. Candace listened to my request and obliged me by filling my request of sending a referral to a specialist and ordering new labs for when I come back the next time she was a 10 of to my needs and very polite and accommod

Dr. Patel took the time to explain everything that was going on with me. I left the hospital with more questions than I had answers for. I went to see him afterwards because I knew he’d be able to explain what the hospital could not. He took his time and made sure I was catching what he was explaining. Very thoughtful and caring doctor. His office allows walk-in visits for established patients. That works well for me and a crazy schedule. I’ve never had to wait an extreme amount of time!
