I used the option of being seen by the doctor without an appointment using the walk-in option and I didn’t wait very long in the waiting room. There was nine people in front of me and as soon as the providers seen those nine peoplShow moree it was my turn next and I didn’t mind the wait. Candace listened to my request and obliged me by filling my request of sending a referral to a specialist and ordering new labs for when I come back the next time she was a 10 of to my needs and very polite and accommod
Dr. Patel took the time to explain everything that was going on with me. I left the hospital with more questions than I had answers for. I went to see him afterwards because I knew he’d be able to explain what the hospital couldShow more not. He took his time and made sure I was catching what he was explaining. Very thoughtful and caring doctor. His office allows walk-in visits for established patients. That works well for me and a crazy schedule. I’ve never had to wait an extreme amount of time!

I saw Dr Keith Welch this morning because I had possible flu symptoms I was seen very quickly and after a quick consultation I was given two shots of antibiotics and had two more sent to my pharmacy My wife and I have been seeing Dr Patel and his excellent staff for over two years and have never had one complaint I highly recommend this office because they are one of the best hands down

Switching providers is always stressful, but I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked everyone in the office from check in to check out. I saw 2 of the 3 providers today (Candis and Dr Patel). They were both wonderful listeners and very thorough and knowledgeable. Their medical assistant was also awesome! They all seem to work well together and were very efficient. I also love the fact that they do walk ins daily. I couldn’t be happier with my choice to switch my care to here!

Jsut awesome doctor and staff
Dr. Patel has been my primary doctor for quite a few years. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and have always made themselves available even as a walk-in. My husband also sees Dr Patel. We cant praise Dr Patel and his practice enough.
I receive excellent health care every time I come in. Candis and Doc are exceptional!
