I used the option of being seen by the doctor without an appointment using the walk-in option and I didn’t wait very long in the waiting room. There was nine people in front of me and as soon as the providers seen those nine peoplShow moree it was my turn next and I didn’t mind the wait. Candace listened to my request and obliged me by filling my request of sending a referral to a specialist and ordering new labs for when I come back the next time she was a 10 of to my needs and very polite and accommod
Dr’s Patel Candice and Keith Welch are 3 of the best GP’s in Bay County as far as I’m concerned They have been treating my wife and I for many years and are always caring as well as professional They are probably the only doctoShow morers that I know of that still take walk ins with no problem If you’re dissatisfied with your current doctor you will not find a better alternative from the doctors all the way down to the staff, all are top notch 👍👍

I am a patient of Dr. Patel’s and I have been for over 15 years. He is an excellent physician and the 2 Other Doctors that are working in the office are excellent also. You can make an appointment to see him or be worked in as walk in. Get your blood work done there and also get your flu shot.

I have got to know and appreciate the very friendly and responsive team members that provide excellent care. Scheduled appointments usually take several weeks. Walk-in visits are responsibly quick. My latest walk-in was 1 hour from in and out the door. I do appreciate the staff, from the front office to the treatment room. My wife and I have no reason or desire to go elsewhere for family practice. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love Dr Patel with how thorough he is and explanatory. I like that before you leave from there he wants to find out that you have understood everything he has went over with you during your visit. He and his group are the best.
