I used the option of being seen by the doctor without an appointment using the walk-in option and I didn’t wait very long in the waiting room. There was nine people in front of me and as soon as the providers seen those nine peoplShow moree it was my turn next and I didn’t mind the wait. Candace listened to my request and obliged me by filling my request of sending a referral to a specialist and ordering new labs for when I come back the next time she was a 10 of to my needs and very polite and accommod
Dr’s Patel Candice and Keith Welch are 3 of the best GP’s in Bay County as far as I’m concerned They have been treating my wife and I for many years and are always caring as well as professional They are probably the only doctoShow morers that I know of that still take walk ins with no problem If you’re dissatisfied with your current doctor you will not find a better alternative from the doctors all the way down to the staff, all are top notch 👍👍

The office staff are very courteous and helpful. Dr Patel is very thorough and kind he explains things in a way you can understand. the PA’ s are also very caring they listen and will explain to you all that you need to know about your condition. This office is a wonderful practice. I have a patient for 12 years and continue with them today. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My visit with Dr Jigish Patel was very much informative understanding for my health situation going on at the present time in which the Dr is always. He has been my Primary Doctor for many years, very proud to recommend to anyone as I have.
I’ve not been feeling well for a long time. Dr Patel’s staff are actively interested in improving the quality of my life. I was extremely pleased with my most recent visit.
It was very quick even though I didn’t have a schedule appointment to they saw me and listen to my symptoms may prescribe medication that got me to feeling better thank you Doctor Patel
Always a good experience. Today took an hour plus as walk in due to staff shortage. However, once you are seen, you are treated as a VIP. I rated Dr Patel and staff as above Excellent. I feel privilege to have him as my family Dr. Steve Bates/CMSGT USAF Retired
