Doctor Carol Payne has been my OB/GYN for two years now and she has been very sweet and straight to the point with all of my visit visits. At my last appointment, she was a one woman team as her receptionist called out, so I watched her check-in folks, and I’m sure ladies were going back getting their Pap smear and other care needs taken care of and being sent on their way. Stuff like that shows commitment to the job at hand and not giving up on your customers when your short staff. Great Dr.!

Dr. Payne is an amazing doctor. She truly listens to her patients and takes the time to get to the root of the problem instead of just treating the symptoms. She was kind, compassionate, and genuinely cared about my health and well-being. I never felt rushed, and she made me feel comfortable discussing my concerns. Her professionalism, knowledge, and caring attitude made for a great experience. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who truly listens and cares about her patients.
