Let start by the wait time in the lobby. It was no more than 5 minutes. I never been to a doctor visit that I spend more time in the room then the waiting room. I feel she did great she didn't rush me. She listened to everythShow moreing I had going on. Also to reach her and for her to get back to your is no time. I think I have a new doctor to go to . Very happy with the 1st visit.
Dr. Payne was so attentive and informative in my visit, and I really appreciated that she identified the nuances that goes into caring for patients and how trauma informed she was. I appreciate that I felt not only heard, but confShow moreident that action toward my goals would be done. Her office staff was also accommodating and nice. I’d highly recommend Dr. Payne to anyone looking for a doctor!

As a first time patient to see Dr. Payne I appreciated the time she spent with me going over all of my concerns. It was a terrific experience from check-in to check out including the nurses and front desk.

Dr. Payne is wonderful. She’s accessible, easy to talk to, patiently explains everything to me, entertains my often meandering lines of questioning, and is always chipper to boot! I hope she has decades of practice in her because I’m sure sticking around.
