Let start by the wait time in the lobby. It was no more than 5 minutes. I never been to a doctor visit that I spend more time in the room then the waiting room. I feel she did great she didn't rush me. She listened to everythShow moreing I had going on. Also to reach her and for her to get back to your is no time. I think I have a new doctor to go to . Very happy with the 1st visit.
Dr. Payne was so attentive and informative in my visit, and I really appreciated that she identified the nuances that goes into caring for patients and how trauma informed she was. I appreciate that I felt not only heard, but confShow moreident that action toward my goals would be done. Her office staff was also accommodating and nice.
