At KAMcare Health and Wellness, internal medicine and primary care provider Katherine "Kate" Heyde, FNP-C, provides complete health and wellness services in Plano, Texas.

Kate decided to open KAMcare Health and Wellness after witnessing the hurried, dismissive, and impersonal nature of most modern medical offices. We are passionate about preventing illness and empowering people to take charge of their health and well-being.

At KAMcare Health and Wellness, we make time for thorough visits. Instead of trying to see as many people as possible, we focus on identifying the root cause of uncomfortable symptoms and optimizing health.

KAMcare Health and Wellness is a full-service primary care and internal medicine clinic. Adults can access a wide range of treatments, including IV hydration, bioidentical hormone replacement, joint injections, and medically supervised weight loss.
