Although I would suggest to be more mindful of the words that are used during the visit. No parent brings their kids to urgent care or the ER for leisure, so to suggest not seeing anything wrong with a child prior to examination after coming in with an unpleasant demeanor comes off as brusque. Nevertheless, I wasn’t there to make a friend I was there to get my child taken care of & Im grateful for your care.
