I enjoyed visiting an urgent care that addressed our concerns in a timely manner. Although I would suggest to be more mindful of the words that are used during the visit. No parent brings their kids to urgent care or the ER for leShow moreisure, so to suggest not seeing anything wrong with a child prior to examination after coming in with an unpleasant demeanor comes off as brusque. Nevertheless, I wasn’t there to make a friend I was there to get my child taken care of & Im grateful for your care.
Always friendly, quick, efficient and good listeners. Have never once had any negative feedback and we have had to come here off and on for the last 4 years. Thank you so much to the entire staff and Dr. Mai.

Dr. Mai, was very personable & knowledgable. He explained to me the symptoms & what it was. He let me hear my daughter’s chest for myself so I could distinguish what was going on with her. I highly recommend him, and I’m so happy they were open late. I had been to 4 different clinics before ending up here. I’m grateful there is still doctors who value and actually care for their patients! I highly highly recommend
Dr Rene Mai is very explainable and very professional making sure every parent has the explanation/break down of every medication and symptoms of the little ones. He is honest and provides his honest feedbacks to every question you have. Dr.Rene was very patient made sure everything was asked and answered.I 100% will be back when needed loved the time and staff's attitude! Will recommend this urgent care to EVERYONE!!
Dr. Mai is always a pleasure. Wonderful bedside manners and very knowledgeable in pediatric care. He is always willing to answer any questions and makes sure you don’t leave with any doubts or uncertainty of your child’s treatment. He is patient with my kids, even when they have been uncooperative. We are very grateful for this practice!

I’ve been here multiple times and the service is amazing! The doctor truly cares and he addresses all concerns. I honestly wish he was our pediatrician. He is thorough and does a better job than our regular doctor when examining my child. He’s so caring and works amazing with children. The nurses and staff are very kind when we come. They truly care here. This is a very clean facility as well. I definitely recommend coming here if you need an urgent care for your child you won’t regret it!

Dr. Mia very knowledgeable and very professional when he was seeing my 2.5 month old baby boy. Unfortunately, my baby was diagnosed with Covid. Thanks to reassurance byDr. Mia I feel a bit of relief and less worried.

La recepcionista es muy amable, me atendio excelente, la enfermera muy cuidadosa y pendiente de los niños y el doctor resolvio todas mis dudas, hizo que mi bebé se sintiera comodo y sobre todo me encanto su paciencia y buenos modos con sus pacientes, los recomiendo ampliamente.
