About Us
MAR Primary Care is a family-owned internal medicine practice located in Tampa, Florida. The office is headed by board-certified physician Nelson Mañé, MD, whose team of providers applies Western and Eastern approaches to medicine to treat the root causes of disease. Dr. Mañé and his team are multilingual, which allows them to serve a diverse set of patients.
The practice utilizes a personalized, patient-centered model to healthcare recognizing that patients are intricate humans with varied cultures and experiences. The team at MAR Primary Care provides care for patients in ways that are helpful and relevant to the individual patient and their family in order to create a deeply rooted relationship that maximizes the patient’s needs. This includes making sure patients are heard, educated, and included in their health and wellness management decisions. MAR Primary Care’s goal is to make you feel like there is a doctor in the family.

Dr Mane is a wonderful, caring and awesome Doctor. I’ve know him for a very long time and appreciate the way he cares for his patients. Dr. Nelson Mane’ is a wonderful doctor and very knowledgeable. He is very easy to talk to and listens intently. When he prescribes a treatment, or medication, he also dignifies you with an intelligent explanation of the purpose and nature of the direction of the treatment, thus making you feel respected. He is a conservative doctor with a friendly and respectful demeanor and cultivates a very positive, supportive and caring atmosphere.
I always feel secure and confident that Dr. Mane is both thorough with any and all tests, etc and also very considerate and kind with regards to my feelings and concerns as well. He is very easy to communicate with and actually listens. I also appreciate how he explains procedures and conditions, meds, etc. with patience and with dignity. It is quite rare to find a good doctor and even more of a rarity to find a wonderful one like Dr. Nelson Mane’!
