Edwin Ramos, APRN

Edwin is certified as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and licensed in the State of Florida. Edwin studied medicine in Venezuela, and after graduating as a physician, he came to the USA and subsequently completed his post-graduate degree as a Nurse Practitioner at the University of Miami. Currently, Edwin is pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Nova Southeastern University (NSU).  Edwin is currently an Adjunct Professor of Nursing for the University Ana G. Mendez’s Tampa Bay Campus, helping to educate the future Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) of our community. 

Edwin also routinely presents Health Literacy Campaigns in the Community.  Edwin was born in Caracas, Venezuela. Edwin is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Edwin is married with 4 children.
