I was at my wits’ end when I first reached out. I can’t emphasize enough how this practice has helped me over the past few months. My therapist, Adria Nichols, is incredible. I’ve never felt so disarmed when speaking to a practical stranger. I spoke about events that I had repressed for years. She listened to every word without judgement. I highly recommend this practice and Adria. Shout out to Dr. Goel as well!!

Everything was handled online which I appreciated (with a very busy schedule). Treatment options were laid out front in a very clear manner and Dr.Sidhu contacts me regularly to checkup and see how things are going. I cannot recommend Maryland Wellness & Psychiatry LLC enough and only wish I found them sooner.
