Our very first session we truly connected and hav... Read more For years I have searched for a therapist I could genuinely connect with and truly get help from the way I needed it, and I did not find anyone who fit that role until I met Adria. Our very first session we truly connected and have grown from there. It’s very hard for me to stick with providers and truly allow them in to help, but Adria definitely helped break some of those walls down and I really am hopeful for how our future sessions help me progress! Truly an incredible provider!

Everything was handled online which I appreciated (with a very busy schedule). Treatment options were laid out front in a very clear manner and Dr.Sidhu contacts me regularly to checkup and see how things are going. I cannot recommend Maryland Wellness & Psychiatry LLC enough and only wish I found them sooner.
