I never seen him in a bad mood or mad . He's very Respectful,kind and honest! He takes his job serious and gives you his full attention when he's in the room with you. I would highly recommend Dr.Basatneh. He truly cares about his patients.

The checkin process needs to be u... Read more Staff was polite and professional however scheduling an appointment was a bit challenging in particular getting the correct approval from my insurance company. My wait time wasn't long at all. The checkin process needs to be updated to fillable forms as apposed to 10 pages of paper forms. Dr was knowledgeable in regards to my condition.
