I have never had any complaints about Dr.Basatneh. I've been blessed with the best Specialist, Doctor's. Dr. Basatneh has patience. I never seen him in a bad mood or mad . Staff was polite and professional however scheduling an appointment was a bit challenging in particular getting the correct approval from my insurance company. My wait time wasn't long at all. The checkin process needs to be uShow morepdated to fillable forms as apposed to 10 pages of paper forms. Dr was knowledgeable in regards to my condition.

I appreciate the professionalism and compassion that is shown by the doctor and staff.
Dr Basatneh was very helpful with the evaluation of my mom and was able to see differences in prior appts. Adjusted meds accordingly. He is also great with info for me as a caregiver.

Very courteous staff and doctor.
The staff are courteous and friendly. The office staff will actually talk to you. Doctor Basatneh is understanding and patient . He will address you as a person . With hearing loss sometimes he has to repeat his questions and never gets upset when he does.
It went well, just as usual about every three months. Just a medication review with the doctor.
Dr. Basatneh is such a sweet man and takes time with you .
He gave us options, if the medication was not affordable.

Alma is always on top of her job. The office has a number you can text for communication with the office if not a emergency. Always a answer wit text or call. I appreciate their work.
