It's been a really good experience seeing the Dr. So far, he hasn't had a problem with listening to what I had to say about anything even my ideas about my medicines and he's the Dr. A lot of them don't think you know or don't want to hear what you're talking about

The visit the receptionist talking to my doctor online but also I had he discussed with me about my medication is it doing me any good is it helping me and he asked about my well-being I feel it though my doctor is concerned about my health and well-being
I did not have to wait long to visit with the doctor My medicines were called in by his reception.
The receptionist and the doctor were very quick about contacting me, once the MRI results were ready. The doctor explained the results and then contacted another specialist for further consultation. I appreciate the efficiency of the process and the reassurance given by Dr. Basatneh.

Dr. Besatneh is always very helpful and through with lots of question to see her progress. Checks on her meds. Reviews any test that she may need. Very punctual and great staff.

Very courteous staff and doctor.
The staff are courteous and friendly. The office staff will actually talk to you. Doctor Basatneh is understanding and patient . He will address you as a person . With hearing loss sometimes he has to repeat his questions and never gets upset when he does.
It went well, just as usual about every three months. Just a medication review with the doctor.
Dr. Basatneh is such a sweet man and takes time with you .
