I've been seeing him for almost 10 years now. He works with me & my medications quite well. He's very clerical. Typing away on his laptop as you update him during your visit. Every visit seems like he's meeting youShow more for the 1st time. He shows no emotion & has terrible bedside manner. However, Dr Basatneh is a good Dr & works with me as needed. His staff is excellent. They make you feel at home. They are always available & provide insight for any insurance related issues. Usually no wait time.

Great service if you live in or near mesquite, offered real experienced and professional help for my recovery. There was staff that translated to me and my family about information regarding my health! would come back on my next scheduled appointment, real close to the Dallas Regional Medical Center on Galloway.

Dr. Basatneh is a very knowledgeable physician. My special needs son has been his patient for several years now and I know my son is in good hands under his care. The staff at his office are also very supportive and polite.
