I've been seeing him for almost 10 years now. He works with me & my medications quite well. He's very clerical. Typing away on his laptop as you update him during your visit. Every visit seems like he's meeting youShow more for the 1st time. He shows no emotion & has terrible bedside manner. However, Dr Basatneh is a good Dr & works with me as needed. His staff is excellent. They make you feel at home. They are always available & provide insight for any insurance related issues. Usually no wait time.
Dr.Basatneh Is an outstanding dr. My daughter Tonya is a patient he over see her for seizures, at one point she had so many seizures and they were out of control, she had a seizures 3 or 4 times a week. But when I start taking Show moreher to Dr. Basatneh he got her on new meds and her seizures got shorter. Now for several years she has been seizure free. He also has a caring and loving staff, that's very professional. Jewel Dawson

Dr.Basatneh ‘s office is always welcoming and friendly. They call me with reminders and called to check if I was o-k and still able to get to office. The Dr. went over my meds and checked me over and asked and answered questions . He addressed concerns and offered advice. He sent a coupon link even. Alma and Janet take care of my insurance and appointments with smiles. Five / 15 stars!
Dr. Basatneh is a very knowledgeable physician. My special needs son has been his patient for several years now and I know my son is in good hands under his care. The staff at his office are also very supportive and polite.

Dr. Basatneh, is 1 of the best doctors I had! Dr. B really cares for his patients he listens to your concerns anything you have to say he hears you out. I had my first appointment with this neurologist and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, he made me feel comfortable and heard. He listened patiently to every concern without rushing me and gave me all the time I needed to explain my symptoms.
The med prescribed for my shoulder pain has not been taken to know how effective it is . I am afraid if it will affect my kidneys . However I will start taking it after consulting my Nephrologist because he warned me not to take any other pain medication except Tylenol. Thank you

I take my mom to see Dr. Lufti. He is very pleasant and the staff is very accommodating. He has prescribed other medicine to help my mother with her Parkinson’s tremors and I am waiting to see the results of the medicine. So far I would recommend the Dr. and staff for future patients. He has a nice gentle demeanor!
