I've been seeing him for almost 10 years now. He works with me & my medications quite well. He's very clerical. Typing away on his laptop as you update him during your visit. Every visit seems like he's meeting youShow more for the 1st time. He shows no emotion & has terrible bedside manner. However, Dr Basatneh is a good Dr & works with me as needed. His staff is excellent. They make you feel at home. They are always available & provide insight for any insurance related issues. Usually no wait time.
Dr.Basatneh Is an outstanding dr. My daughter Tonya is a patient he over see her for seizures, at one point she had so many seizures and they were out of control, she had a seizures 3 or 4 times a week. But when I start taking Show moreher to Dr. Basatneh he got her on new meds and her seizures got shorter. Now for several years she has been seizure free. Dr B is awesome, compassionate, understanding. His staff is also great.
