Not only is she all of the things everyone has described here- thoughtful, easy to get along with, someone who LISTENS first, and committed to her medical and therapeutic results,
Joannie is *also* deeply tuned in to the other staff and their strengths / abilities. After just 1 intake session as a new patient, she expertly placed me with my current therapist, Jessica, who I get along with perfectly, and is the best I've ever had. This is such an intentional skill, and I value it every day!
