Lauren Sullivan is great. She listened to me, explained things in a way that I understood, and did not pressure me into anything that I was not comfortable with in regards to treating my anxiety. She was extremely knowledgeable, aShow morend I felt like she really cared about getting my anxiety under control. I left feeling like we had a plan going forward, and I was not doing this on my own. I'm so thankful for her!
I am so grateful to have found Lauren! She helps me to handle situations that I could not have imagined and to realize how my mental health is such a priority. What a treasure!

If it weren’t for Lauren, I would be in a downward spiral. I recently had a stomach bug and couldn’t take my meds for a good few days. It affected me A LOT. At my appointment I was a disaster mentally and emotionally. Instead of a 3 month return, Lauren told me to come back in a month after being back on meds consistently to see if it was from not being able to take meds or something else. She always states that if anything changes beforehand, to call her! She genuinely cares!
