My transition from my previous MH provider to Momentum was seamless, and everyone was extremely helpful and caring. Torrey was fantastic at getting my appointment set up and all my information, and PA Dericks was compassionate and took her time with me. Gave me several treatment options after gathering a thorough history of what I have previously tried and failed. Highly recommend!

I felt like she really listened to me and what my issues were. She never judged me on my past or made me feel like because of my past I was just there for some ulterior motive. She never judged me on my past or made me feel like because of my past I was just there for some ulterior motive. That has been my issue with others. I highly recommend and I am so happy with the level of care that I’m getting and just the fact that she listens to me.
